Good day frends

Im having 2 problems and hope some one can be of help. I have a 2004 volvo xc 90 d5 7 seater. I bought it second hand and im inpress with this car but there are 2 thing that bodering me. The alarm is working good but when you start the car the folowing mesage came on (alarm system need to be serviced). can some one help me with this one because volvo also doesnt now. They said i must bring the car in so that they can look at it and it is the first time they saw this mesage.

My other problem is the transmision. When the car is cold its lazy by pulling of or by taking of. When the car reach working teperature there is no problem with taking of. I changed the transmision oil but still the problem is the same. I dont now if it is normal so thats why is ask the qeustion and hope some one can help.
