Can you ID this part ??

I think it's a vacuum check valve but I'm not sure. Re-posting for someone on another site who isn't getting any help.

that's certainly what it looks like. to be sure you could pull it off and confirm it will only flow air one way (using the high tech method of blowing in it form both sides).
