Default Electrical Sound Behind Headlight Switch

Hi all,

2009 4.4 R Design. Last few days, started making only what I can describe as an electrical sound from behind the headlight switch. It is very noticeable. The sound increases with engine revs and decreases as you slow down. As anyone encountered this before?

Could it be a relay, fuse, the headlight switch itself? Coincidentally just changed all the engine mounts on my car and it started doing it straight after the change Coincidental I know but can's see how the two can be related.

I checked the fuses behind the light switch and they all seem to be fine, none blown, etc. All help appreciated in pin pointing me in the right direction to fix this annoying sound.

Same buzzing I'm in my 1997 850 wagon. Notice it stopped and my headlights seemed stronger and consistent. More clear and bright. Is there some kind of photoelectron sensor for when it is dark ? Maybe a relay I'm thinking. If I pin point it and find fix I will post.
