electronic issues after jump starting
After not driving for a week, I tried starting and nothing. Don't remember leaving anything on. After getting the jump, I ran it for over 30 minutes and most of electronics, dash, etc never came back. I drove it but not far. After parking it, I shut it off and started it right back, still no electronics but started idling as if it was cutting off so I shut it down. Waited a few seconds and started again, same exact thing. It was late so gave up. Next morning I tried starting and nothing, won't start. That was a week ago today and haven't been able to do anything due to my schedule. I'm thinking I should remove battery cables for a 12- hour reset or is just towing to dealer best? Im not good with cars but love trying to fix things 1st myself. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Your solution may simply be a bad battery. But the charging system should checked first to make sure that will solve the problem.
How old is your battery? Do you have a voltmeter? Is the alternator charging properly? (If you still have the original battery - it's bad)
If voltage is low in the system, the CEM will turn almost everything else off trying to keep enough voltage/current to keep the engine running

Yes I agree probably a bad battery you fist have to check if its charging, when you manage to start it again ( I suggest you get a jump start battery pack can be used for many other things) and as mentioned you will need a voltmeter (which are cheap) it should be around 13.6 V when started , if so then change battery, if only around 11 or less v then you have a charging problem which is a faulty alternator
@hoonk , @richardkonrad thanks for your replies!!!! I apologize for just responding...seems l definitely left something on. After leaving battery cables off to reset ECM, I jump started and all have been working properly since Monday, March 29th.I did do as you both stated and had battery checked again as well as alternator and starter and got a clean bill of "health". I also bought items I need to check for myself going forward; my day are over not knowing these basic things!!! Thanks!!!
My newest issue is now a puddle of water on driver's side floor - dreaded drain tube from sunroof malfunctioning 😂😂😂 I will be fixing this tomorrow.
