Default Front Struts - 2011 3.2AWD

I noticed today while prepping for front brake work that my RF strut looks like it's leaking pretty bad. I looked it up on FCP Euro and got 3 different front struts; There's a Sachs unit which just says 'Front' for fitment, then there are two other OEM Volvo units which list specific numbers/letters in the VIN plate. I don't see the numbers anywhere on the vehicle (not in the VIN, and not in the placard on the rear of the passenger side B pillar.)

Anyone know which is correct? (Sorry for the huge screenshots...Can't figure out how to get them to be smaller here.)

I'm hoping the first one is right; It's significantly less expensive than the other two...

My suggestion would be to call your local dealer parts department. Give them your Year and VIN. Ask for the price, availability and part number of the struts (shocks) needed for your car. With that information choose the vendor of your choice.

Good idea. I'd have to wait 'till Monday though. Was hoping to get the order in the FCP queue before then...figured someone here might know. I also reached out to the FCP Euro tech support via email. May not hear back from them until Monday anyway.

I'll follow-up here when I find out.
