Fuel System issues
My 2007 xc90 3.2 threw this code p0087 (fuel rail/system pressure too low) two days ago, i pulled over and clear it, checked fuel pressure via OBD2 it read 458kpa at idle, yesterday it threw the same code, when i got home i replaced the fuel filter, fuel pressure now reads 438kpa at idle. i noticed it now throws this code immediately i start driving. It runs great it doesn't misfire or stall or have any other codes besides 0087 for now.
(3 weeks ago i cleaned and cut a small hole on the screen attached to the fuel pump because it was getting blocked every 5 months) could this be a cause?
I'm thinking faulty FPS or Failing fuel pump.... any help would be appreciated

it's also noteworthy; that the code doesn't pop up no matter how long it idles after a start. But once i start moving it comes up, if i clear it while the engine is running it doesn't re occur until the car is restarted. and it became this frequent after the fuel filter change yesterday.
