have a 06 Volvo XC90 v8 and i am having a hell of a time getting the belt back on. i originally had to replace one of the idler pulleys and then while trying to put the belt on after replacing the pulley i broke the hex head off of my tensioner so i had to replace that as well. Now I just cannot get the belt back onto the pulleys there's just not enough slack. i still have the spring compressor on the tensioner that came on the brand new one. I am afraid to pull the tensioner anymore and risk breaking the head off again. any advice?
