Default Help with engine mounts

Hello everyone, just purchased my first volvo which is an 08 xc90 and trying to get help identifying the right engine mount that's causing this rocking. I have replaced the top Torque Rod and it helped greatly but still have serious rocking. I have identified a total of 4 mounts in total Top and bottom Torque rod, front and rear engine mounts and not sure if there are more. I dont have a stabilizer bar above the engine as some models show.

Below is a video aiming at the rear mount and not 100% sure if thats the issue or where else to look. Thank you in advance.

OK, your engine moves on the mounts - they all do - what problem are you trying to solve?

Going from Park to D or D to R the engine kicks and moves a good amount. I feel its a bit too much. I will post a top view of the engine tomorrow.

Made a video today of the rocking and has a thump with the change of gears.

I take it that this is normal movement?
