The day finally came, the transmission died this evening. could barely get away from the stop light. I wish someone would steal this car right now but the ironic thing is they wouldn't even get far enough away.

 

Gosh darned it luvmyXC90! I can't believe all the issues you've had with yours.

Wish there was more I could do, but am sitting here with fingers crossed hoping it will be something easy and inexpensive to resolve....

Wow they even go out on the XC90s? Sorry to hear that. What is it with Volvo and their transmissions?

 

Its called buying GM parts!!!!

 

I don't know, my husbands Envoy still gets him places!! unlike mine which is parked in the garage.

 

But the front wheel drive Caddy, and other GM cars is what uses the same tranny.
