Hello everyone! We are looking to purchase a used volvo, the car looks and drives great. the only few things we spotted where, a whistling noise when you accelerated, when you stepped on the break in tugged to the left like that front tired was engaging the break first before all other wheels did, and the driver side heat was not working. the passenger side got nice and toasty but the driver blew out cold air even though the thermostat was to the highest setting. the seller told us the whistling noise was the turbo. Has anyone inhere experienced the same noise or sound? and does anyone have any input on why only one side of the heat would work and not the other or both?
