Default Low voltage problem

Hello All...

Any suggestions will be appreciated, I have a petrol '04 XC90 and recently it has starting showing low voltage (11.77v) at the main terminals under the bonnet, this has effected the lpg system which now beeps as if empty every time the ignition is switched.

While at an lpg installer the other day the 2 year old battery was tested by auto electrician and found to be fine and charging ok, an extra battery was also connected to it but still only read 11.82v under the bonnet...!!

Any ideas what to check next ??

Thanks in advance
Craig
