Default Must fault codes be erased after repairs?

My 3.2 Got the errors for Bank1 and Bank 2 being lean and my engine was squealing loudly after being ran for awhile. Happily while waiting for an appointment at the repair shop, I found a post on the forum saying it was most likely the PCV system was the problem. So amazon sent me an inexpensive one overnight and I had it installed a half hour later. No more squeals yay! but its been a week and im still getting a check engine light with same codes. I also replaced my headlight bulbs with Leds and am getting a Bulb Failure Low beam now that doesn't go away. So does something need to be reset or reprogrammed after changing parts?

You have to clear the lean codes - they will not go away by themselves. If you have a code reader, you should have a code clearer. If not find a decent code reader.

If you use LEDs for headlamp bulbs - they will use current that the CEM does not expect a normal bulb to use - and you will get bulb out warnings until you put the original bulbs (that the CEM expects to see) back in or find some way to trick the CEM into thinking you are using H11 bulbs.

Put regular H11s back in - hey maybe spend extra for some "ultravision", or "superwazu bright", or "solar flare" bulbs if you want to try to make old reflectors and foggy lenses brighter.
