Default P2419 evap switching valve circuit low

i have a 2008 XC90 with 156k. check engine light came on and i ran a scan. I can't seem to solve the P2419 code/evap switching circuit low. New leak detection pump, new purge solenoid, wiring looks good and hoses look fine. Am I missing anything. My last ditch effort before a trip to the dealer.

Can anyone help me with a diagram of the evap system? Still can’t solve my P2419 evap switching valve-circuit low. Ugh.

Default

2008 XC90- just thought I would post a follow of my own research since no one here has any input or experience- I found the car wiring diagram and the testing values for the evap system. Fuse 15 is good. checked the evap soleniod(engine compartment) and tested 12v power and the correct ohms. Tested the 4 pin relay under the left drivers foot area and tested 12v in and out. Smoke tested the system and its fine. Then tested the LDP(leak detection pump) and tested good. Then checked 12v to pump (green/grey wire) and nothing. so the problem is the second harness connection(shown in the volvo wiring diagrams) in the area of the fuel pump to the LDP pump. question is? Has anone had this harness problem? does anyone know where this connection is? can you access it in the fuel pump area or does one have to remove the tank?

thanks,
Steve

Default Problem solved

Thought I would close this loop. The problem was the rear LDP harness was partially eaten by mice. The wires that go from the connector under the carpet/ rear passenger seat- had 12v on the green/grey wire but not to the LDP. I then removed the fuel pump cover to find 2 wires eaten. I will splice these and should be good to go. If you want to buy the rear harness to the LDP from volvo its part #8631635 for about $200.. which is a ridiculous price. You can probably fish it through as there is open space above the tank to the LDP.

Under rear pass seat LDP harness connector

Fuel pump lid removed

Interior removed. I disconnected the battery before removing the center section plug connector. I think its airbag related so you don’t want to disconnect it with the battery connected or it may trigger the SRS light. Then I put the center seat back and connected it temporarily to test the LDP.

Wires eaten by mice

Wires soldered, heat shrink wrapped and will black tape before tucking them back into the fuel pump cavity.
