Default Passenger side tail light and fog light not working

I have a 2005 XC90 with no power to my passenger side tail light and rear fog light. Driver's side is working fine. All other bulbs are working fine. I haven't been able to find any fuse that is specific to just those two blulbs. Any help would be appreciated.

Default Rear passenger light

The reason you are probably having an issue with that light is probably because you replaced the bulb with the idea it is a fog light and a rear tail light. However it is not. Only the driver side has the duel bulb. If you replace the bulb with just a regular rear tail light it should work. If not, you need to test it at the wire harness. If you use a multi tester and set it to 200ohms you should get a constant number somewhere around .6 to 1.5 but I haven’t checked to see the exact. It wouldn’t be a fuse because that would cause the other lights to go and likely cause other, much larger and noticeable problems like limp mode or abs , skid control issues if it threw out the rear brake light on the top aka third brake light which is controlled by the brake light switch under driver side kick panel. I am confident you simply have the wrong bulb. The bulb you use on the driver side only has one filament, not two, like the driver side requires. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

Default Having the same issue

I’m having the same issue. The passenger side marker lamp in the bumper was out. I replaced the bulb(with a single filament bulb) and when I did the tail lamp bulb went out. I checked and I have no voltage to either socket. It appears that they are wired together from the same feed. Any ideas? There are no fuses anywhere that are labeled for these bulbs. I’m at a loss. I’m fairly well versed in auto electrics, but European cars can be a bit “different”. Lol! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
