Power port reprogram

Anybody know how to reprogram the power port (cigarette lighter) to continue to output power when the vehicle has been shut off?

I don't think it can be programmed to do it. You might just have to run a new wire to it that is live all the time.

the one in cargo area is On all the times, also u can get constant 12VDC from a plug used to feed bluetooth (under the dash -see post about BT installl), and wire a socket to that plug -it had both pos and neg. wires.
