Default removing rear door panel

Hi, back again.... story of my life with this car but still[&o]. Anyway, I was cleaning it out today and as I closed the back door, there was a clunk like there is something loose inside the door behind the panel. I want to remove it to see what has come loose but am not sure of how to without damaging it. are there any steps that I should follow and will I need to buy anything to get it stuck back on?? There is a very annoying rattle in this door when we drive over bumpy roads so I am sure there is something going on back there.

Thanks!

Kari.

Kari. I have been watching your post for a few days to find out the same thing. Finally I had a go myself. This is what I found. First you prise off the silver hand grip. Run a small screw driver or putty knife along the front edge of it and lift up. Note the position of the glued rubber pad before it falls out. You will then find two hex screws which you remove. Thepanel is held on with a series of panel pins which can be prised off. The pins have a conical guide to aid replacement. Replacement is reversal of the above. Hope this helps. I took a few photos which I can supply if required.
