Screen in front is black & car drives at max 20km
So I parked the SUV XC90 2016 at the Go Station here in Toronto, when I picked it up in the evening, it started of well but after 1km, the screen in front of steering wheel turned off and car stopped for a while and then only drove max at 20km.
No idea what is the issue. Seems like car is conserving something but cannot say fuel as last time I checked, it was just below half way.

Ok, so I got a call yesterday asking me to pick up the car, when I asked the reason for the blank screen, the guy told me it was due to loose wire.
I went to Volvo in the evening to pick it up and on the paper it says, it was a software glitch!
Stay away from this one!

2013 XC60 73K mileage. Instrument panel lights all of a sudden dim. I purchased a new LSM because the LED lights kept coming on and off and hoped it was this simple. NO difference from the original LSM. Drawing Group 35 Lighting, page 80 shows that a LIN from the CEM pin C3:49 is talking back and forth to the LSM at pin 6. Obviously pin 1 of the LSM is getting power as it occasionally lights. How in the heck is someone expected to have an O'scope to read the header of the LIN on a car??? Is there another method to do this that does not break the bank?? I have Vida/DIce. Can the LIN signal/header be captured in VIDA/DICE? If so where do you do this? I'm finding that my own technical expertise is far beyond the Dealer technicians. I had a short that they could not find, so I have lived with disconnecting by battery on a daily basis. All I ever get was " do you start your car every other day to keep the battery going?" What kind of response is that? The dealer wants you to start your car every other day or the battery goes dead!!!
Is there anyone within the forum that can come up with a good way to deal with LIN problems?
