New owner of a 2011 pre owned Volvo XC90 and wanted to ask if you think 800 plus dollars is a lot to pay for the aluminum side steps? I would like to get the OEM's for my wife, but that seems kinda of high. I saw them on a eBay site for 499. My second question is, can these by installed by myself? I am fairly mechanical, but looking under my wife's car, it seems that where you bolt them is part of the suspension. I would have to loosen two of the bolts front and back to install.
