Hi,

Troubleshooting some issues on my new 2018 XC90 T6. Start/Stop feature is turned on in control panel, but in the cluster/speedometer, i have a icon that it's disabled/not working. I can love without it, but I am curious as to why it would not be working. I followed all instructions in manual and drove it a while over the certain speed and still not working. The car had a small repair in front right from a fender bender, so wondering if maybe something electrical or not repaired properly.

Any suggestions on how to start to troubleshoot?

 

It has a separate battery for that function. My battery died and it disabled my start/stop which is annoying anyway but the dealership replaced it and started working again. They said it usually dies every 3 years or so.
