Hi.

I have
2004 Volvo xc90 2.4t 2wd.

This morning I woke up and it had been cold and I need to move my car.
Jump in and start it and it started, sounded lika wining sound (like my windshield wipers where frozen to the window) and the car died. I try start it again but it refuse to start, now i just got in and have put a strong starter to it and it turns around good and it have power but it refuse to start.

What can be my issue?

 

when you turn key to position 2 not starting it can you hear the fuel pump priming up building pressure it be a slight whining noise for about 3 seconds
