On '05 V8 driver's side front window goes up too high when closing -when the window is up, the outside molding andtop metal part of the door is pushed out and up, so I can hear increased road noise.
Re-calibration was done many times w/ no result, molding around the window replaced, window regulator replaced - no difference, glass stil goes up too high.

I already requested that Volvo field tech inspects the car, but was told it will not happen any sooner then 2-3 weeks...

Can you think of anything else?

Nothing I can think of off hand. I have never ran into this as of yet.
If it was recalibrated and all new parts installed not really sure what can be done.

Maybe they have come up with some software or something only the Rep. knows about.

Sadly I think you will have to wait till he can look at it. Sorry I couldn't help much.
