Is there a recall on the seat

I am having trouble with my 3rd row seat not folding down in my 05 xc90 would anyone know if this is part of a recall?

No it isn't. Recalls are for safety related problems

Make sure that the seat cushion is pushed all the way in before attempting to lay the backrest.
