Third brake light on all the time

Third brake light on all the time
The third brake light in the lift gate won't shut off.
I disconnected the harness to it, so it won't drain my battery.
All the other lights work when they should.
Can it be a relay,fuse,ground or the ECM.
Were can I find a wiring diagram?
