Timing belt walking

Timing belt walking
I just replaced the Timing belt, thermostat, water pump, idler pulley, and tensioner pulley. I also had to replace the stupid plastic steam nozzle on the thermostat housing with a metal one.
After the job the steam nozzle leaked, so I get to do it again with a different type of gasket maker. I noticed the timing belt is walking off. I used all new pulleys. It doesn't look off, but when I run it for a while and then look, it is slowly working its way off of the pulleys.
I have not idea how to keep that from happening.
