Default Timing belt/water pump replacement

I have 2004 Volvo XC 90 ,2.5T,AWD ,5cylinder engine.I wauld like to replace timing belt, water pump, tentioner ,idler puley and serpentine belt. The odometer reading is 195000 KM and its time to do this job.The dealer wants over $ 1000.00 for timing belt /water pump job and radiator coolant replacement. I need information / links how to do this job.
I also want to buy repair and service manual for that car so I can read and repair the car myself.

Any help is greatley appreciated.
Thanks

I think on your engine the timing belt can be replaced with some patience without removing the crank pulley. Definitely use only Volvo original water pump, and a good quality aftermarket tensioner and idler for the timing belt. Also check the serpentine belt tensioner (good idea to replace it) and the alternator and A/C pulleys.

Search "Matthews Volvo" website, tons of info.

I posted TB, WP DIY for my 1998 S70 on matthews volvo website.
Your XC90 uses mechanical tensioner, so look up mechanical tensioner issue.

TB kit: $120 at Volvo dealer including TB, 2 pulleys.
WP: stick to Aisin, which is OEM.
Many people like HEPU too, but Aisin is the king.

At 100K, no need to replace the WP. However, if you want to, then use Aisin WP.

Some general principles for 1998 S70:

For mechanical tensioner:

The mechanical tensioner: search the web for proper installation (it is temp sensitive), basically go past to 1 o'clock and back to 12 o'clock position. Then tighten the bolt.

PS: Get the TB kit from Volvo dealer, this includes TB and 2 pulleys.
