Default Turbo Issue/Oil in Intercooler Pipes

HI there, I have a 2005 Volvo XC90 T6 with 122,908mi that I am attempting to diagnose. I had noticed an unusual noise upon heavier accel, which was presumed some kind of turbo noise. I started by removing the 123 bank compressor intake tube and found that the compressor wheel and housing was covered in oil however on the compressor outlet, no oil was found. With some brief feeling of the compressor wheel it definitely feels like there is excessive resistance when it is spinning and some up-down run-out. This lead me to believe that turbo needs to be replaced, however on the 456 there was a good amount of oil in the compressor intake tube, but this could be attributed to the PCV. There was some oily residue in the junction plenum between the two turbos and when I pulled the intercooler hose off, a goo amount of gunk was sitting in it. I have read that some oil is normal, but i think this is quite excessive....currently trying to get a look at the 456 compressor wheel, but its not the most accessible. Any help/thoughts would be appreciated!

Here's some pictures i snapped of the current findings:
