Hi, My 2007 XC90 signal stopped working, it works for 3 blinks only when I push the signal stalk to high beam, then it stops again and will not work until I push the stalk back and forward to high beam then it will blink 3 times and stops again and so on.
I cleaned the electric circuit inside the stalk with no luck, put a thin layer of soldering to make sure it has a good contact but no luck again.
Then I purchased a new stalk but still the same problem.
Tried to look for a faulty fuse or relay but did not find a dedicated fuse or relay for the signals.
Hazard lights works fine no burnt out lamps and no error messages.
After reading more blogs and watching more videos I tried to reset the car system by removing battery cable and connecting it but also no luck.
I am just ran out of ideas and thoughts and don't know what else to do. Tried to book a time with the dealer but it will take them 2 months to look at it.
I would appreciate if you'd share your thoughts about it
