Exclamation Weird Idle XC90 2003

Last week my car started having some very weird issues and I am trying to exhaust all options before taking it in to a mechanic because it only happens once after start up and then not again.
So car starts fine when I get to the first stop, sometimes the car will not go, engine will not rev nothing. Or the car will kind of idle and let you roll about 20, this just lasts for about 5-10 seconds and then the car is perfectly fine after that.
Every time after this happens both error message "Anti-skid Service is required" and "Brake assist service required" But car breaks fine and it does not happen until after I park the car and use it later. This issue also did not start to happen until I started parking it down hill and use the parking brake. We will rotate the wheels change oils and all this weekend but it seem weird that those would have anything to do with it?

did your mechanic scan for fault codes? they should be stored in the computer. You can also scan for yourself - check if Autozone or some other local stores "rent" (around here its free but they "rent" for legal reasons) fully featured OBD2 scanners which can read ABS codes.

Will give them a call because last time I had an error was like reduced engine performance, they were not able to read it at Autozone, and we do not have any Volvo mechanics close by closest one is 2 hours away sadly.
