What are some reasons that cause the fuel not to reach the engine?
I have replaced the fuel pump and filter with a Volvo factory fuel pump and filter.
I have changed the wiring harness to the fuel pump with a new harness from the dealership.
I have changed the fuel pump control module and pressure sensor.
I have transferred both the ECU and CEM.
I have put in a new purge valve/solenoid.
Still, the car is not cranking up. When I spray starter fluid into the air system, the car sort of cranks up, letting me know fuel is not reaching the engine. The car is no longer giving low fuel pressure codes. Kind of lost.....

 

Put a brand-new Volvo fuel pump in the car. All is well at the moment.
