Post What parts to purchase for Front End Bounce?

So, I've had my V8 for a few months now and recently realized it was bouncing a lot at slow speed bumps on the road. Of which there are many in Dubai, UAE where I am located. It drives well at speed.

It's a great motor, with the silky smooth V8 and is in pretty good condition.
Mileage is 230,000 km - circa 140k miles.

Anyhow, I did the front corner bounce test and the front shocks/dampers are shot, rear seem fine.
It continues to bounce, oscillate with little or no damping - time for some parts.

My question to those that know is what parts should I acquire.

Shocks/Dampers only, shocks and springs? Anything else - top mounts?

Anything else on the front end Suspension side of things that I should replace at this mileage? I can feel some slackness over bumps.

At a minimum, you will need new strut assemblies (dampers), and I'd also recommend replacing some of the rubber components including the strut mount spring seats and the lower coil spring insulator. spring seats are a normal failure item so I always go with OEM or a heavy duty option.

Great thanks - I've just found a diagram are the parts you mention on this exploded diagram as numbers 22 and 7?
