Default XC90 '07 All AC Control buttons are suddenly frozen

I've 2007 XC90 and experience very strange problem. This problem happens to me two times. The 1st time in February '07 when I took my new car from the dealership:-) and 2nd time now, October.
The problem description: All AC control buttons including air flow are frozen. This means whenI press anyAC buttons or even try to change Fan speed they are not responsive. When I stopped the car, remove a key and insert key again and start the car the problem goes away. In other words when I "reset" the car everything works normal.
Of course I couldn't prove anything to the dealership. They justwere not be able to reproduce the problem.

If somebody else experiences the same problem with this vehicle?

I am assuming you have the 3.2 I6 this is a common problem. They may not be aware of this yet. Take it back and have them perform a ccm upgrade. If they dont know about it here it is

CPS Plus, No CCM function after engine start
REFERENCE: VIDA
DESCRIPTION:
Intermittently, The CCM (Climate Control Module) may not function after engine start. No
DTCs are posted.
This may happen due to a fault in the signal communication from the ECM (Engine Control

ignition key is taken out and re-inserted after 10 seconds. To prevent this symptom from
occurring, an improved ECM SW has been developed. Only SI6 engines are affected.
SERVICE
:
If the vehicle is within the chassis limitations above, perform an ECM upgrade P/N 30677021)
