Up until about 2 weeks ago my voice control system was working fine, however now it is being super temperamental.

• sometimes it doesn’t respond at all
• sometimes it says that voice control is not responding
• sometimes it just makes the double ping sound that it is turning off, rather than turning on

I popped to my local dealership and they said I should do a system reset on the control panel. I did this and it behaved better for about half a day then started misbehaving again.

The dealership said I should get them to do a system upgrade but that I have to pay for it (the car is just out of warrantee) which seems crazy - I don’t pay for my apple upgrades! And who knows if that will sort it - it doesn’t say it requires any upgrades on the system.
