Default XC90 mk1 d5 brake issues

Hi, people, I know, probably this topick was already discussed, tried to find, but it took ages with no results.
Problem with brakes on xc90 2006 model, brake booster was leaking vacuum, replaced it with original part, got some other issues with some sensors etc, so... booster replaces, vacuum pump replaced, fluid replaced, pads, discs, bcm, acceleration sensor replaced... still no brake, there is some, but it looks like booster not working, any clues anyone? Sitting stuck with it since april. Help, please.

are you sure its the booster leaking vs a problem with the vacuum lines ? I believe there's a check valve in there... Do you get good braking pressure (albeit with a firm pedal) or do you have a soft pedal with no braking pressure?

Hi, pedal is hard and it is not going down or getting softer, when I start engine. I have checked everything n times, no problem found... I will check vacuum line one more time, just to be sure if there is vacuum in booster. Booster is brand new ATE, vacuum pump new too.

Hi again, checked everything once more today, vacuum pump is working, hose looks ok and it looks like I have vacuum in the booster as well, but still it is not working, starting to think that booster is defect, which is sad, I have replaced it twice, I don not believe, that boutho boosters are gone, any ideas?
