I have an 04 xc90 with 153000k on it. Everythingss working great accept the ride seems very rough, you feel every bump and it sounds like its hammering hard. Just wanted to know how your xc`s riding maby i just need to replace the shocks.

Another thing is when i shut the vehicle off and use the accesssory (listening to the radio), I can hear a grinding coming from under the dash. I think its coming from the climate control but who knows. Has anyone eles had this problem?

 

I am not sure about the climate control, but the hammering noise in the front end could be worn link pins or other suspension/steering components. I would have it checked out for that noise.
