Default XC90 T6 2004 Has the timing belt being replaced?

Hi,

I'm facing a problem since I don't know if the timing belt has been replaced or not. I bought the car just a year ago, but the dude who I bought is from moved out of country so I can't reach him.

But

I faintly remember that he told it was replaced on time, but not sure.
Although I can't find any sticker indicating the change.

I opened the belt cover. The belt is "Conticech" and I think the sticker says 01062010? Can it be the manufacturing date?

Can't tell about belt condition much. For me it looked okay, it has sharp edges, no visible cracks, smooth surface. But I'm not a professional. I don't know what near-end-of-life belt looks like so I wouldn't trust my opinion.

The car has been done 115k miles. So if it hasn't been replaced, should it be gone already?

Based on these info, can I assume that it has been replaced?

Should the factory installation timing belt say "Volvo"?

Thanks,
Mark

Its been replaced. The original one wouldn't say Contitech. Usually, at the 105k interval, you can't even read any of the original printing on the belt.
