XC90 TC control valve fault

XC90 TC control valve fault
Hey guys I have a 2003 XC90 T6. I keep getting TC control valve faults. I replaced the valve reset the code and the car runs fine for a day. After that the code returns and the car surges under accell and has low power. If I reset the fault it will run fine again. Anyone see this before??
