Hi, guys!
Around 2 months ago bought 2007 XC90 3.2 with 147k miles on it.
When i was making a test drive the car was ok.

But in a few weeks i found such symptoms:
- only when car is hot and driving on highway or in traffic, on 2-3-4 gears when i just touching the accelerator, it start to vibrate to body heavily, when i press the pedal more- it disappeared.
- but there is no any shakes and strange vibrations when i just shifting it from p to D and back.
- the engine works ok. No power loses, no noise. No leakage of oil/trans.fluid
- no warning lights!

I visited 2 services in Brooklyn.
On one they offer to change trans/fluid and there is 50/50 that its help- fluid 100$, work 100$

Other service offer to rebuild the transmission- change gears- budget - much more...

Please, advise what to do.

i realy like the car, but want to have more pleasure driving it.

This sounds very much like the front CV joint on your propeller shaft.

FCP has genuine Volvo but they're nearly $300.

Cant tell if your issue is fixed, I had something similar, I thought it it was a fuel sensor, PEM, and finally I replaced all the ignition coils. That was the fix. Good luck
