XC90 won't start at first turn of ignition?
Recently my 03' xc90 @ 75K miles, just won't start at the first turn at the ignition, once I try again it turns on fine. This morning it finally told me "Time for Regular Service". Now at this time I also new 4 new tires.
1st. Should I take my xc90 to the Volvo Dealership, or independent shop and save some money?
2nd. What kind of tires should I get that aren't too cheap and aren't too expensive?
Any input will help greatly because I need to get this done today. Thanks very much, I look forward to what you Volvoans have to say.
Thanks,
E.

Is your XC90 a6 or a 5 cylinders
Just keep on keeping an eye on the instrument cluster and see if tachometer jumps high when cranking and also keep an eye on message center and see if a message shown as "PERFORMANCE REDUCED" if so it can be issues with grounding on engine and transmission. This kind of issue should be going back to dealer to get it repair. U can replace tires at after market place but make sure they don't scratch your wheels since some tires machines is not so good with big wheels 17" and above...

Hi, and welcome to the forum.
I've tried to respond to you on three seperate occasions, but keep getting an IE error each time I go to post the reply.
Let me know if you are still looking for feedback or have your Volvo back up and running.
