Portlanders- what's the scoop on Rich's Vo-vo Only?
I am looking to buy another 240 after watching a Chevy turn it's transmission into a box of metal sludge, and I saw a shop on Craigslist advertising several for $1450 each. It's Rich's Vo-Vo Only in SE Portland, and the Yelp Reviews are horrible.

A couple of the reviews mention that Rich has been parking cars on the curb to the annoyance of his neighbors. I figure there's a chance those neighbors might be trying to ruin his reputation out of revenge.
Anyone in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Portland ever deal with this guy? Is he the "bane of the volvo community" like some of his reviews say?
