water pump replacent with timimg belt or not
Hi. I am about to replace timing belt for 2004 S40 dealer says that water pump change might not be necessary. says will change pump only if neede meaning if he sees any defect on it)
He also said that if water pump not needed to be changed now, he will change it on the next timing belt change. at the 220 thousand mile.
Is this right?. can the change of the water pump be skipped now if nothing is wrong with it?
