Kits for an S80

Kits for an S80
Here in Indianapolis there is a car show called Truck Bash. It is where a lot of people come from all over to show their modified cars, trucks, SUVs etc... I was thinking whenever I had everything fixed on my S80 that I was going to show it in it original condition and then the year after that have it completely modified. i.e. wheels, kits, sound system, fog lights, and maybe a spoiler and muffler. I was wondering if they made any kits or ground effects for an old S80. I have looked and looked and I cannot find any. I could not even find modified ones on Google except for the Volvo S80 Heico Sportivbut that is for the new Volvos. Anyone have any ideas? Please and thanks!

The answer is sadly no. Unless somewhere in Europe they are making them and then again that would be major bucks to import it. Or even a Japanese kit would be major bucks to import.
The only body modification I have seen is the little front spoiler flaps that HEICO used to make for it. Which I cannot seem to locate anymore...
I'd stick to Wheels, Tint, Lowering Springs, Spoiler, HID's for the exterior mods.
Then for the engine just do a full Catback system with a Flowmaster or any other baffled hi performance muffler. Your N/A thusly you want the back pressure. Go 2.25"-2.5" piping crush bent or mandrel and go with a Flowmaster or any other performance based baffled muffler. Wont gain much, but you will gain some sound. Just adding a muffler wont do much of anything and would be pointless.
Would you rather say I have a full catback system or have to say yeah I just put a muffler on stock piping? Especially at a show like that.
Then do your sound system.

Oh OK thanks everyone. I don't really have to have one, I think just lowering it will make it have the illusion that it has one. LOL Also does the S60 and the S80 have the same Trunk Hood? If so is there a possible way to get an S60 spoiler? I was also thinking about smoking the headlights and tail lights. Is there a place where this can be done?

Check with these guys online:

I'm not sure about the width of the S60 trunk. It is a tad bit smaller than the S80. I think the S80 truck is 47" wide.

Ok cool! Thanks guys! I won't be doing this for a while but I am glad I am starting to think about this now so that I can plan out everything in advance.
That body kit doesn't look too bad... Don't know about the window spoiler though. LOL maybe I could put it on the trunk. LOL I don't know. Like I said I have time and maybe by the time I decide to get everyting they will have more kits out there.

Was looking at a spoiler myself, but would hate to ruin the incredibly low drag coefficient. I got 33 MPG out of my 2.9L non-turbo on a trip from Knoxville to Nashville doing ~70 MPH. This ain't yo mamma's brick wall Volvo, fer shur.
"About 60% of the power required to cruise at highway speeds is taken up overcoming air drag, and this increases very quickly at high speed."
