what needs to happen to fit a 5x110 wheel on a Volvo?

Default what needs to happen to fit a 5x110 wheel on a Volvo?
The wheels have the correct 40mm offset.

wobble bolts?

Can this 2mm difference be filed by hand? Machine shop?

Has anyone done this?
