View Full Version : Volvo Turbo riaf28 10-06-2004, 01:59 AM I have a friend who gave me a TD05 he had laying around he said it came off a volvo but I don't know which is the BOV and which is the wastegate. I know this is a stupid question but I need to know regardless. The wastegate is on the right, and the compressor bypass valve is on the left. CSudhoff 05-04-2006, 12:11 PM the wastegate accuator is on the right side of the turbo S70driver 05-19-2006, 05:28 PM Volvo turbo's do not have a BOV, they have a CBV which was stated above. When you get a BOV you can remove the CBV and replace it with a blanking plate. Kevin over on VS sells the plates. Then you hook the vaccum line that ran to the CBV to the BOV. |
