1999 v70r crank /no start
Our 99 will crank fine has spark and good fuel pressure. It does not have injector pulse but has 12 volts to the injectors (no ground trigger) I have tried two different keys and an ant. ring with no luck . Is there any way to bypass the immobilizer or diagnose with out factory scanner? Any help would be great ...

interesting.
have you reset the IMB system?
doors closed, any key, 2 turns to the left, two to the right, one to the left.
if that don't work. you may be looking at speed sensor/cam sensor failure. Check all the connectors under the hood make sure they are tight and dry.
A scanner may give a code that you can't see because the engine isn't starting.
