Just replaced starter on my 99 v70xc. Took me less than 1 hour. Watched a few videos and there was a lot of removing of vacuum hose and dipstick . I removed fan shroud and fan and then the starter was easily accessible. I had to do it by feel because I could only see 1 bolt. New starter installed. Fan and shroud removed.
