Default 1999 Volvo no low end power

So I just bought this 1999 Volvo V70 XC for $400 and everything on it is great except that it has an exhaust leak, it’s throwing a random/multiple cylinder misfire code: P0300, and it started blowing white smoke out the exhaust only when revved past about 2k rpm but the turbo is still spooling. I just replaced the plugs but the car still shakes when it idles does anyone know what the problem could be?

It probably has bad coil packs. On a car of that age, I would replace them all.

The middle coil looks like it’s been replaced but it’s a cheap one with no branding and when I take it out it falls apart in my hand

Whatever coils that you buy, make sure that the spring in the center of the rubber boot that touches the spark plug does not fall out. I've seen some of these cheap designs that fall apart.

Find an aftermarket set that is made properly and NOT the kind that fall apart. I bought mine on eBay and didn't go after the cheapest ones. Good aftermarket ones are about $10 each. Buy all five.
