Default Cluncking in front end

I just replaced my front CV axles on my all wheel drive(98' v70). But I'm still hearing a clunk when I make a hard turn. Now it's doing a weird noise when the car is in motion. I can hear thunks right under me.
also about a mile into driving I'm hearing a tapping like noise from the driver side front tire.
I thought that it could be a driveline/driveshaft.
sorry if that's not the most descriptive. Feel free to ask questions!

is the noise cadence road speed related or road surface? Does it change when you apply power vs coasting? Any odd road feel or handling?
