My gas gauge reads empty and the digital readout always is just dashes?

I tested the lever on my multimeter when I had the pump out, it put out number ranges ascending and descending with the rise and lower of the lever, so I assumed it would work, low and behold it doesn't.

Does the gauge and digital readout not working point to anything specifically to you guys. Anything I can replace on its own in leu of having to replace the whole pump unit?

the the guage and the MTE (miles till empty) on the same relay? Or is all controlled by the pump/unit?

 

Welp, replaced the fuelpump, gas gauge and Miles till empty still not working??????

 

Also, the gas light dosent come on, it comes on when I intinal turn the key to the II postsion, but if its low, no light. ANYONE have any udeas on what wires to check? Access to a wireing diagram somewhere?
