I just got done installing the motor blowers yesterday then driving today I noticed it was making the pedels vibarate and the floorboard and door vibarate on the passenger side. It also seems a lot louder. The fan doesn't to be blowing with as much power as the old one did either. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this. Thanks in advance.

 

Missing a screw? Not seated properly? Rubber gasket between motor and mounting plate not on properly? Misaligned fan wheel? Fan wheel turning the wrong direction (swapped poles on electrical connection)
