I just had the transmission changed after the 99 v70xc AWD went south. I replaced it with a 98 FWD which according to everything i read is the same Trans. Also had the axle replaced. The car runs fine,shifts great but now the Check engine is on and shows the following codes.
P1618 fault in the lead between AW5052 and the MOTROME 4.3

P717----- turbine/input shaft speed sensor circuit no signal

I can't get it inspected with the engine light on.
ANY help with this or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would remove the CE lamp from the instrument panel and put back after inspection.
